Experience
\nHis career in Fleet Management started in 1984 when he joined HERTZ Leasing, some 34 years ago, as a Full Maintenance Rental salesman. By 1990 Johan was moved into Operations as National Operations Manager, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of Fleet Management systems. Hertz Leasing had by then became PRIME CAR LEASING with a fleet under the management of approximately 9,800 units.
\nIn 1995 joined Unitrans Automotive as Managing Director of Contract Lease Management (Pty) Ltd.<\/p>\n
During 2009 Contract Lease Management (Pty) Ltd was sold to WesBank Fleet. From then to July 2011 Johan was responsible for FMR Fleet Operations.
\n2011 Started working with Mike Crankshaw CEO of FleetBASE and further developed skills in advanced Fleet Management and Fleet Management Training.<\/p>\n
Johan as CEO and Co-Owner of FleetBASE (Pty) Ltd a level 2 BBBEE company, believes that in conjunction with FleetDomain Online Systems, Latitude Bureau Solutions, MasterDrive and FleetBASE put together the first \u201cTotally integrated Fleet Management Solution\u201d available to Corporates in South Africa.<\/p>\n
